On 6 Th February 2012 under the signed contract of sale, the company Skat Transport Sp. z.o.o. of Gdansk and Chairman Expolco Transped Ltd. Wieslaw Frolików, became the sole owners of the Company Expolco Transped Ltd.

Thus PEKAES SA. ceased to be a shareholder of the Company.
